Surajeet Ghosh is currently the Chief AI Officer at Heineken International, and has been leading the Global AI Capability in Heineken. The Global AI team has now embedded several high impact AI products scaled across multiple operating companies that aim to optimize our business processes across Global Functions - Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, and Procurement.


Prior Heineken, Surajeet was working for Amazon EU in Luxembourg where he first led the Data Science team for Amazon Books (also covering e-books (Kindle)) and later on, led the Commercial Data Science team for Amazon Prime Video, its streaming service for movies and TV series.

Before his roles in Europe, Surajeet was based in the US for 16 years, first completing his Doctorate degree from UIOWA, followed by working in various capacities (all in the analytics domain) in Consulting and Finance firms in Florida. In his last role before relocation to Europe, he was leading the Quantitative Risk Management Team for a mortgage banking firm.

Throughout his career, Surajeet’s mission has been to empower businesses with data-driven insights, which create value for consumers, customers, vendors, and the organization itself.
