*To qualify for this pass you must be an employee of a retailer.
A Delegate pass provides access to:
- All onstage sessions
- All interactive roundtables
- The event networking app
- Complimentary lunch & refreshments
- Access to the AI in Retail Networking Reception
This pass is required for organisations providing technology products, platforms or services to end-user organisations. Maximum two passes per organisation.
A Solution Provider Pass provides access to:
- All onstage sessions
- All interactive roundtables
- The event networking app
- Complimentary lunch & refreshments
- Access to the AI in Retail Networking Reception
Are you eligible for VIP access?
Senior leaders from qualifying Retail services organisations may be eligible for complimentary VIP access, including exclusive networking, private roundtables and curated 1:1 meetings as well as VIP pass for London Tech Week 2027 (subject to eligibility check).
Applications are individually assessed against our VIP criteria.
