William joined Pets at Home in March 2019 as Chief Information Officer. Over his career William has been at the centre of driving change in technical platforms for many blue chip companies, before Pets he was CIO at United Utilities spending several years leading the technology, data, and business change teams. 

At Pets, William has been leading the development of the retailer's omni-channel strategy, relaunching both the website and app to create a unified, consumer-centric platform. He has been central to their innovation-based AI strategy, with highlights including being a partner in Microsoft's Copilot agent early adopter programme.
